  • Initial PIN will be the last four digits of the Primary account holder’s Social Security Number.
  • Pressing “O” at any time during the call will return you to a CSR during normal business hours.
  • To disable your telephone banking access, change your PIN to “0000”. To have your telephone banking access re-activated, call Customer service.
